عنوان البحث "الخلافات الزوجية وسبل معالجتها في ضوء السنة النبوية"
وقد قمت في هذا البحث ببيان أهم أسباب الخلافات الزوجية والتي تکون سببا رئيسا من أسباب الطلاق والتي زادت بشکل کبير في وقتنا المعاصر وبينت فيه:
أن الإسلام قد کفل للأسرة الضمان والاستقرار إذا سارت على نهج الشرع، وأن التواضع بين الزوجين لابد منه, وکذا العدل بين الزوجات ، وبينت فيه أيضا: أن النفقة لازمة على الزوج لزوجته وأولاده, وأن تربية الأولاد أمانة عند الزوجين ،وأن من الوفاء إکرام کل من الزوجين لأهل الآخر. وختمت البحث بذکر بعض النماذج عن حياة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم .

Research Title
Marital Disputes and ways to treat them In the light of the Prophetic Sunnah
In this research
I have studied the most important reasons for Marital Disputes which are a major cause of the reasons for divorce, which had increased largely in our contemporary time
And showed that
Islam has guaranteed the family security and stability if they follow the approach of Sharia
The modesty between spouses is necessary as well as justice between wives
It also shows that the expenses or spending is required by the husband for his wife and children
And that the raising of children is honesty for the couple and that it is of the Loyalty in Islam for each couple to be kind to their families
The research ends with some examples of the marital life of the Messenger of God
