يهدف البحث إلى دراسة أقوال القاضي منذر بن سعيد البلوطي المتوفى سنة 355 هـ في التفسير من أول سورة الفاتحة إلى آخر سورة الکهف، وقد قمت بترجمة للمؤلف، وبينت منهجه في التفسير من خلال ما وصلنا من أقواله، وقد بينت أن منهجه يمتاز بکثرة الاستنباط من القرآن الکريم، کما ينفرد بأقوال في تفسير القرآن الکريم لم يُسبق إليها، کما أنه يرجع في بعض أقواله التفسيرية إلى الصحابة الکرام، وکثيرا ما يعتمد  على اللغة العربية في بيان الکلمات القرآنية، کما أنه يستدل على ما يورده من آراء في التفسير بالقرآن الکريم، وهو أيضًا يهتم  بذکر القراءات القرآنية.
             وکانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: أن القاضي منذر بن سعيد البلوطي علم من أعلام أهل السنة وليس من المعتزلة في شيء، أما مذهبه الفقهي فقد کان  مذهبه مذهب النظر والاحتجاج، وترک التقليد وکان يتفقه بفقه داود الظاهري، وتمکُّن القاضي منذر بن سعيد في علم التفسير باعتماده على المأثور واللغة وإعمال العقل، وکذا الأثر الکبير للقاضي منذر بن سعيد فيمن جاء بعده من المفسرين ويظهر ذلک جليًّا في النقول الکثيرة التي نقلها عنه غير واحد من العلماء الکبار،و للقاضي منذر بن سعيد استنباطات فقهية وغير فقهية من القرآن الکريم هي في غاية الجودة والحسن
The research aims to study the sayings of Judge Munther bin Saeed al-Balouti, who died in the year 355 AH, in the interpretation from the beginning of Surat Al-Fatihah to the end of Surat Al-Kahf. I have translated the author, and explained his method of interpretation through what we have received from his sayings It has shown that his approach is characterized by a large number of deductions from the Holy Qur’an, as he is unique in sayings in the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an that have not been preceded by, as he refers in some of his explanatory statements to the honorable companions, and he often relies on the Arabic language in explaining the Qur’anic words, as he infers what he mentions. From opinions on interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, and he is also interested in mentioning Qur’anic readings.
            The most important findings that I reached were: that Judge Munther bin Saeed Al-Balouti was one of the prominent Sunnis and not from the Mu'tazila in anything.
Judge Munther bin Saeed was able to teach interpretation by relying on aphorisms, language, and the realization of reason.
            The great impact of Judge Munther bin Saeed on the commentators who came after him, and this is evident in the many sayings that were transmitted from him by more than one of the great scholars.
             Judge Munther bin Saeed has jurisprudential and non-jurisprudential deductions from the Noble Qur’an that are of the utmost quality and goodness
