يهدف البحث إلى بيان فريةٍ طالما دأب المشككون يتَّهِمُون الفكر الإسلامي بها، وهي جموده وعدم مسايرته لتطورات العصر، مما يتعارض وحاجات المجتمع إلى شريعةٍ متطورةٍ، ويزعمون أنَّ السبيل إلى الحضارة يكمن في نبذ الأصول الإسلامية وراءهم ظهريًا, والحقيقة أنَّ الفكر الإسلامي ما جَمد في عصرٍ، أو تَخَلَّفَ عن ركب التقدم في دولة ما، وإنَّما هم أنفسهم الذين جمدت عقولهم، وعميت أبصارهم عن الحق والصواب، منبهرين بالمدَنَّية الأوربية، مع أنَّها في أمسِّ الحاجة إلى الدواء، وإلى العلاج؛ لأنها تعيش بلاء وشقاء، فقد أخفقت في إقرار الطمأنينة والأمن والسلام في هذا العالم المنكوب، وهذا ما أجاد في بيانه الأستاذ محي الدين البغدادي خلال مجموعة مقالاته كتبها في مجلة الإسلام تفند فرية الجمود، فألفيته يقول: إنَّ من أصول الإسلام الثابتة أنَّه فَرَضَ على أهله فرضًا الاشتغال بدراسة نواميس هذا الكون، ودفعهم إلى ميدان ترقية العقول دفعًا، وهو ما انفرد به الإسلام عن غيره من الشرائع الأخرى، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث توهُّم البعض أنَّ الفكر الإسلاميَّ جامد، لا يتسع لحل المشكلات المختلفة المتعددة المتجددة في كل عصرٍ وزمان ومكان-وقد تسرب هذا للأسف لبعض المسلمين- وأنَّ أدلة الشريعة الإسلامية أحكام دينية ثابتة لا تقبل التطور بحسب الأوضاع الزمنية والاقتصادية، هذا منشؤه عدم معرفتهم بطبيعة هذه الأدلة، ولذا يُوصي البحث في مواجهة مثل هذه الفرية ينبغي الحضور الفعَّال في الغرب بإرسال المُتَخَصِّصِين من الدعاة إلى الندوات والمؤتمرات التي تعقد عن الإسلام.
Abstract:
The research aims to explain the falsehood that skeptics have always accused Islamic thought that it is rigid and it fails to keep pace with the developments of the modern era which contradicts society 'needs for an advanced law.They claim that the path to civilization lies in rejecting Islamic principles.The truth is that Islamic thought has never been rigid in an era or lagged behind the pace of progress in a country.Rather, they are the only whose minds have been blinded.we are fascinated by European civilization even though it is in dire need of medicine and treatment because it is living in affliction and misery.It has failed to establish tranquility, security and peaceful in this inflicted world.This is what professor Muhyiddin alBaghdadi demonstrated well in his collection of articles, he wrote in Al_Islam magazine refuting the falsehood or the lie of stagnation.His millennium says that he says:"The established principles of Islam are that are impose on its people an obligation to study the laws of this universe and push them into the field of advanced minds, which is what Islam is unique and it is different from other laws.One of the most important results of the research was the illusion of some people who say that Islamic thought is rigid and doesn't have the capacity to solve the many different problems that are renewed in every era,time and place.Unfortunately,
this has been leaked to some Muslims and that the evidence of Islamic Shari'a is fixed religious rulings in a way that it doesn't accept developments according to the circumstances of time and place.Moreover, the lack of knowledge of the nature of the evidence.Therefore, the research recommends that when we face such problems, there should be an effective presence in the West sending specialist preachers to seminars and conferences about Islam.
