يهدف البحث إلى بيان دور الإمام الماتريدي في التصدي للروافض ,وكشف أباطيلهم ,وحججهم الواهية التي اعتمدوا عليها في ترويج مذهبهم ,وتأويلاتهم الفاسدة لآيات القرآن الكريم من خلال تفسيره (تأويلات أهل السنة).
وكان منهجي في البحث استقرائياً تحليلياً، ومن أبرز نتائج البحث الوقوف علي أبرز أقوال الروافض, وحججهم التي اعتمدوا عليها في ترويج مذهبهم في هذه الفترة, ورد الإمام عليها, لكي لا يعذر أحد بجهله, وللتأكيد علي  رسوخ  قدم الإمام وقوة عقيدته رحمه الله، وتوصي باتباع المذهب الصحيح, مذهب أهل السنة والجماعة (المذهب الأشعري) والبعد عن كل مذهب و رأي يخالف الحق والصواب.

Research Objective: The study aims to demonstrate the role of Imam Maturidi in confronting the Rafidah sect، exposing their falsehoods، and refuting the weak arguments they relied upon to propagate their doctrine. Additionally، the research will analyze Imam Maturidi's interpretations (Ta'wilat Ahl al-Sunnah) of the Qur'anic verses to counter the Rafidah's corrupt interpretations.
Research Methodology: The methodology employed is inductive and analytical.
Research Results: I aspire to identify the most prominent statements and arguments of the Rafidah that they used to promote their doctrine during this period. Furthermore، I seek to present Imam Maturidi's responses to these claims to ensure that no one can plead ignorance and to emphasize the strength of the Imam's belief and the solidity of his doctrine.
Conclusion: The study recommends following the correct doctrine، the doctrine of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah (the Ash'ari school)، and avoiding any doctrine or opinion that contradicts the truth and correctness.
