تهدف تلك الدراسة إلى بيان المنهج النبوي القويم في مسالمة غير المسلمين, حيث تُظهر حقيقة الإسلام في مسالمة الناس جميعا على اختلاف عقائدهم ومذاهبهم, وأن حرية الاعتقاد مكفولة للجميع, وأن الاختلاف بين الناس أمر حتمي قضى الله به سبحانه, وأن اختلاف العقيدة ليس سببا للمقاتلة.
كما تهدف إلى دفع ما أشكل من أحاديث ينافي ظاهرها السلم والمسالمة, والتي اتخذها أصحاب الأهواء من الحقدة والحسدة والجهلة مسارا للطعن في دين الإسلام والنيل من سماحته وسلمه, فجاءت تلك الدراسة لتظهر مسالمة الإسلام وأنه دين السلام, وأن المسالمة مبدأ إسلامي في دين الله عز وجل, وهي سمة الحياة في الإسلام, فبها يسلم الناس من المعادة والأحقاد, وبها يحصل التآلف والتحابب, وهي تقتضي البر والإحسان وجميع خصال الخير عامة من أمن ورحمة وسلم وسلام للناس جميعا على اختلاف مذاهبهم وعقائدهم.
This study aims to clarify the correct prophetic approach to peace with non-Muslims, as it reveals the truth of Islam in peace with all people regardless of their different beliefs and sects, and that freedom of belief is guaranteed to all, and that disagreement between people is inevitable and decreed by God Almighty, and that difference in belief is not a reason for fighting.
It also aims to dispel the problematic hadiths that apparently contradict peace and peace, and which those with hatred, envy, and ignorant people took as a way to challenge the religion of Islam and undermine its tolerance and peace. This study came to show the tolerance of Islam and that it is a religion of peace, and that peace is an Islamic principle in the religion of God Almighty. It is a characteristic of life in Islam, because through it people are safe from enmity and hatred, and through it harmony and love are achieved, and it requires righteousness, benevolence, and all the general qualities of goodness, such as security, mercy, peace, and peace for all people, regardless of their different sects and beliefs.
