حديث ماعز والغامدية دراسة تحليلية Hadith of Maez and Al-Ghamdiyya, an analytical study

ملخص البحث:
  يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة حديث ماعز والغامدية – رضى الله عنهما- دراسة تحليلية, ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف كان لابد من ذكر روايات الحديث المتعددة بألفاظها المتباينة مع عزوها لمصادرها في كتب السنة المختلفة والحكم عليها وفق المنهج المنصوص عليه في مقدمة هذا البحث, ثم بيان ما في الحديث من أحكام فقهية لا سيما تلك الأحكام التي تتعلق بحد الرجم من حيث ضوابط ثبوته وتحققه وكيفية تنفيذه وتطبيقه, وكذلك بيان الأمور والمسائل التي اختلفت فيها روايات الحديث من حيث الظاهر وكيفية رفع هذا الاختلاف بوجه من أوجه الجمع أو الترجيح, ثم إبراز البعد الإنساني في الحديث تجاه المذنب والمخطئ والمتمثل في ترك ذمه والنيل منه وترك مؤاخذة غيره بذنبه لا سيما الأطفال والصغار, وأخيرًا بيان بعض الجوانب البلاغية التي وردت في روايات الحديث واستنباط أهم الأمور والدروس المستفادة منها. وقد استخدمت في هذا البحث ثلاثة مناهج أولها: المنهج الاستقرائي؛ حيث تتبعت الروايات المختلفة للحديث في كتب السنة وكذلك شروحها في مظانها ثم قرأتها قراءة جيدة للاستفادة منها في هذه الدراسة, وثانيها: المنهج التحليلي؛ ومن خلاله قمت بتحليل روايات الحديث للوقوف على ما اختلف منها, وكذلك الأقوال التي يمكن من خلالها رفع هذا الاختلاف, وأيضًا أقوال العلماء حول بعض المسائل الفقهية المستنبطة من الحديث, وثالثها: المنهج الاستنباطي؛ وبواسطته استنبطت بعضًا من فوائد الحديث, وأحكامه, مستأنسا بأقوال العلماء والأئمة في هذا،  وقد انتهى البحث بنتائج كان من أبرزها: أن الصحابة- رضى الله عنهم وأرضاهم- بشر يصيبون ويخطئون, وأن بعضهم قد يقع فيما يقع فيه عامة المسلمين من ذنب وخطأ, وأنهم أفضل الخلق بعد الأنبياء والرسل, وأن قدرهم, ومنزلتهم, ومكانتهم أعلى من غيرهم, وأنهم من أهل الجنة فضلًا من الله ونعمة, وأن عظمة هذا الدين تكمن في أحكامه, وتشريعاته, وقوانينه, وتعاليمه،  وقد أوصي البحث بعدة أمور هي: دراسة الأحاديث التي تناولت قضايا أحاد المسلمين وناقشت أمورهم وأحوالهم, والكتابة عن الجوانب الإنسانية للنبي r مع المذنبين, والكتابة عن الجوانب الإنسانية للنبي r مع النساء, والكتابة عن الجوانب الإنسانية للنبي r مع الأطفال, والكتابة عن مراعاة التشريع الإسلامي للجوانب الإنسانية.
Abstract:
  This research aims to study the hadith of Ma’iz and Al-Ghamdiyyah - may God be pleased with them - an analytical study. To achieve that goal, it was necessary to mention the various hadith narrations with their different wording, attribute them to their sources in the various books of the Sunnah, and judge them according to the method stipulated in the introduction to this research, then explain what is in them. The hadith includes jurisprudential rulings, especially those rulings that relate to the punishment of stoning in terms of the controls for proving and verifying it and how to implement and apply it, As well as explaining the matters and issues in which the narrations of the hadith differed in terms of the apparent meaning, and how to remove this difference in some way of combining or preferring, then highlighting the human dimension in the hadith towards the guilty and the wrongdoer, which is represented in abandoning his blame and insulting him and refraining from holding others accountable for his sin, especially children and young people, and finally explaining some The rhetorical aspects mentioned in hadith narrations and extracting the most important matters and lessons learned from them.
  Three approaches were used in this research, the first of which is: the inductive approach; I followed the various narrations of the hadith in the books of the Sunnah, as well as their explanations in their meanings, then I read them well to benefit from them in this study. The second is the analytical approach. Through it, I analyzed the narrations of the hadith to find out what differed from them, as well as the sayings through which this difference can be resolved, as well as the sayings of scholars about some jurisprudential issues deduced from the hadith, and the third of them: the deductive approach; Through it, I deduced some of the benefits of the hadith and its rulings, based on the sayings of scholars and imams regarding this matter.
The research concluded with results, the most prominent of which were: that the Companions - may God be pleased with them and please them - are human beings who make mistakes and make mistakes, and that some of them may commit the same sins and mistakes that most Muslims fall into, and that they are the best of creation after the prophets and messengers, and that their value, status, and status are higher than others. They are among the people of Paradise as a favor and blessing from God, and the greatness of this religion lies in its rulings, legislation, laws, and teachings.
The research recommended several things: studying hadiths that dealt with the issues of individual Muslims and discussed their affairs and conditions, writing about the human aspects of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, with sinners, writing about the human aspects of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, with women, writing about the human aspects of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, with children, and writing about observing Islamic legislation. For humanitarian aspects.
